These terms apply to the website operated by Cinnatech ("we", "us", "O P S T E C H") and to every purchase made through it. By using the site or buying a product you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Products
We sell digital products delivered as downloadable files. Product descriptions, features and requirements are shown on each product page. We may update, change or discontinue products at any time. Updates are provided at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. By purchasing you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
You need an account to buy and use a product. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens on your account. One account is for one person. Do not share your login.
4. PC lock (hardware ID)
Each account can be used on one PC at a time. The first time you log in with the app, your account is linked to that PC through a hardware identifier. You can move to a different PC by resetting the lock from your account page, limited to once every 7 days. Trying to bypass, spoof or share the PC lock is a breach of these terms.
5. Plans, subscriptions and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Lite and Premium are monthly subscriptions. Lifetime is a one-time payment.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access until payment succeeds.
- "Lifetime" means for as long as we offer the product and operate the licensing service.
- Sale or reduced prices may be time-limited and can change.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment details are handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy; we never receive your full card number.
- An order is complete when Stripe confirms the payment. Your download then becomes available on your account page and Stripe emails you a receipt.
- We may cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud, abuse or a pricing error.
6. License
While your plan is active we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the product on the one PC linked to your account. You may not:
- share, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the product or your account;
- bypass, tamper with or spoof the licensing or PC lock;
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the product except where the law allows;
- remove any copyright, license or ownership notices;
- use the product for anything illegal.
We own all intellectual property in the products and this website. Buying a product does not transfer ownership to you.
7. Delivery and downloads
Delivery is digital. Downloads are available from your account page while your plan is active. The app checks your license online and may stop working if it cannot reach our servers for an extended period.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Because products are delivered instantly, your right to cancel is limited. Our cancellation policy explains when refunds are available.
9. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the community guidelines in any community space we operate. We may suspend or terminate your account and license, without refund, if you violate these terms or the guidelines.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the products will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with your setup.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your country / state]. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of [Your jurisdiction], unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
