Who we are

What we collect
- Account data. Your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in readable form.
- Plan data. Which plan you have, its status and renewal date, and Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Stripe sends us this when you pay.
- Hardware ID hash. When you log in with the app, it sends a fingerprint of your PC that is already hashed on your machine. We hash it again before storing it. It cannot be turned back into your hardware details. We use it only to lock your account to one PC.
- Discord (optional). If you link Discord, we store your Discord user ID, display name and avatar ID so we can give you your plan role in our server. Unlinking deletes them.
- App check-ins. When the app checks your license we record the time, so we can spot shared or abused accounts.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider logs requests, including IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers.
We do not receive or store your card number. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy.
Why we process it
- To run your account, deliver the product you bought, enforce the one-PC license and provide support (performance of a contract).
- To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the service secure (legitimate interest).
- To comply with tax and accounting law (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
- Stripe for payment processing and receipts.
- Discord, only if you choose to link your account.
- Our private hosting provider for hosting, file storage and the database.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies
We set one essential cookie to keep you logged in. It contains a random session ID and nothing else. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe's checkout page may set cookies needed for fraud prevention; those are governed by Stripe's policy.
How long we keep it
Account and plan records are kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires (typically 7 years). You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing nuke@fckmyops.xyz from the email address on your account. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period and then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. Email legal@fckmyops.xyz, or nuke@fckmyops.xyz for deletion, and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
